SPPMIX R Package: Poisson and related point process modeling using mixture models

Welcome to the sppmix R package resource page. The package is written by Sakis Micheas and Jiaxun Chen.

Please download the package from its CRAN page Here.

Installation Instructions

·  Under the R GUI (download R Here)

From the menu choose: Packages->Install Package(s) from local files...
and navigate to the directory you saved the package file and select it.

·  Under RStudio (download RStudio Here)

From the menu choose: Tools->Install Packages...
and in the "Install from" field choose "Package Archive File (.zip;.tar.gz)".
Then navigate to the directory you saved the package file and select it and finally click
the "install" button.

Help pages (vignettes) with theory, applications and sample code Here. Note that due to the size of some of these files (a lot of plots) it might take a while to load a page.
